I'm glad the logic issues were resolved for you. My issues were mainly around characterization, but now it's been a while and aside from Tris using the enemy's tactics (which was a total compromise of what she stood for, but also probably her only real option), I can't remember what they all were.
I didn't love the book, but I liked it. I thought it was a satisfactory ending, and didn't your Yuletide author just have a great grasp on Four's voice? That was impressive.
